About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented, bilingual (French and English) problem solver to join our team as a Customer Service Account Specialist. This role serves as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for all accounts within an assigned territory, bridging the gap between our customers and our internal operations. You will manage the full lifecycle of customer purchase orders, from entry to fulfillment, while handling complaints from initiation to resolution.

In this position, you will support field sales representatives, educate customers on our product offerings, and collaborate with the sales team to provide timely and accurate sales forecasts. Success in this role requires a strong commitment to service, a sense of urgency, and a command of our company policies and transactional processes to ensure accurate and efficient customer support.
