Key Responsibilities
- check_circleOversee daily accounts payable operations and manage the full pay cycle
- check_circleEnsure timely processing of vendor invoices, payments, and employee expense reimbursements
- check_circleManage research and resolution of invoice and payment discrepancies
- check_circleMonitor key vendors and general ledger expense categories including monthly accruals
- check_circleDrive process improvement initiatives, automation efforts, and system enhancements
- check_circleRespond to vendor inquiries and reconcile variances to vendor statements
- check_circlePerform assigned accounting close duties in accordance with GAAP
- check_circleEnforce company policies regarding accounts payable and travel expense programs
- check_circlePrepare management reporting packages covering financial results and performance indicators
- check_circleOnboard new vendors and ensure proper synchronization with accounting software
Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's degree in finance or accounting or related field
- verified10 years' Accounts Payable experience in an automated financial environment
- verifiedProficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Nice to Have
Manufacturing industry experience. Bilingual in English/French.
