Key Responsibilities
- check_circleMaintain the general ledger across multiple entities
- check_circleExecute month-end and year-end close activities
- check_circlePerform cost allocations across entities and properties
- check_circleReconcile intercompany activity and process expense reimbursements
- check_circleProcess bi-weekly payroll including entries and reporting
- check_circlePrepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- check_circleAssist with external audits, tax filings, and compliance
- check_circleTrack and reconcile commission payments
- check_circleAssist with development and implementation of Standard Operating Procedures
- check_circleContribute to process improvement and automation initiatives
- check_circleCollaborate with property management and operations teams
Requirements
- verified5+ years of accounting experience
- verifiedBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- verifiedStrong working knowledge of GAAP
- verifiedHighly proficient in Microsoft Excel
Nice to Have
Experience in real estate, property management, or a multi-entity environment. Experience documenting workflows and contributing to SOP development. Experience with property management or ERP accounting software.
