Key Responsibilities
- check_circleProcess and code vendor invoices in accordance with organizational and grant requirements
- check_circleMaintain accounts payable records and ensure timely payments
- check_circleReconcile corporate credit card statements and monthly bank accounts
- check_circleSupport management of Service Provider and Individual Training Account budgets
- check_circleProcess biweekly payroll based on approved HR data
- check_circlePrepare and post journal entries including accruals, allocations, and adjustments
- check_circleGenerate routine financial reports and support month-end and audit processes
Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred (Associate degree + relevant experience considered)
- verified1–3 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience
- verifiedExperience in accounts payable or general ledger functions
- verifiedFoundational understanding of GAAP principles
Nice to Have
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Experience with MIP Fund Accounting. Exposure to payroll processing. Nonprofit or grant-funded experience.
