About the Role

This position is designed for individuals who are passionate about delivering legendary service. As a CCR II, you will serve as a concierge-level support specialist, assisting customers through their preferred channels of voice, email, and chat. You will handle specialized customer campaigns, requiring you to research complex requests, provide tailored options, and coordinate with subject matter experts to ensure the best outcomes.

Your day will involve managing the full lifecycle of customer interactions, from creating new lead accounts in our CRM and qualifying prospects to coordinating credit application processes. You will act as a bridge between customers and our sales teams, ensuring that every interaction is timely, accurate, and aligned with our mission to provide exceptional service.
