About the Role
This Bilingual Claims Service Specialist position in Katy, TX, is ideal for students, future students, and aspirants who value continuous learning. Our Claims Representatives face the constant challenge of learning and expanding their knowledge of the insurance industry and our company. Many associates see a base salary increase of 10% within their first year. This role requires an active Adjuster's license to be eligible for a $1,500 sign-on bonus (ask your recruiter for details). The position includes a 10% differential for the bilingual skillset and a 10% evening differential for applicable shifts.
Work Model
This is a hybrid role. Training is 100% in-office for 6–9 months. Post-training, the schedule is 4 days a week in the office and 1 day a week working from home.
