About the Role
This Bilingual Claims Service Specialist role in Katy, TX, is ideal for students, future students, and aspirants who value continuous learning. Our Claims Representatives face the constant challenge of learning and expanding their knowledge of the insurance industry and our company. This opportunity is designed for those with a passion for helping others, aiming to make a difference and start a rewarding career trajectory.

The role involves working in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment where you will showcase expertise, foster trust, and grow customer satisfaction.
Work Model: This is a hybrid role. Training is 100% in-office for 6–9 months. Post-training, the schedule is 4 days in the office and 1 day working from home per week.
