This Bilingual Claims Service Specialist role in Katy, TX, is ideal for students, future students, and aspirants who value continuous learning. Our Claims Representatives face the constant challenge of learning and expanding their knowledge of the insurance industry and our company. Many associates see a base salary increase of 10% within their first year. This hybrid role involves 100% in-office training for 6–9 months, followed by a schedule of 4 days in the office and 1 day working from home.
