BI Developer

About the Role

Join the Sales Analytics team as an Experienced Full Stack BI Developer to drive the modernization and transformation of reporting solutions for our dealership franchise network. This role exists to bridge the gap between complex data infrastructure and actionable business insights, empowering our dealership network and business units to make autonomous, data-driven decisions.

You will thrive in a dynamic, collaborative environment focused on continuous improvement and impactful results. Your day-to-day involves balancing robust back-end development—creating standardized, scalable data ingestion processes and automated reporting workflows—with front-end excellence, where you will design intuitive dashboards and modernize legacy reports for better user experience. You will partner closely with project leads, IT, and business stakeholders to align strategy, prioritize initiatives, and deliver analytics platforms that solve real-world challenges.
