The AI & Analytics Specialist serves as a strategic shared resource across Commercial Operations, bridging the gap between Brand, Sales, Marketing, Training, and Finance teams. This role is designed to embed AI and automation directly into core workflows, transforming how data is processed, analyzed, and delivered. The primary mission is to drive faster, smarter decision-making across Amneal's Specialty portfolio by replacing manual processes with intelligent, scalable solutions.
In this position, you will act as a catalyst for operational efficiency. You will guide the development of Power BI dashboards with automated refreshes and intelligent features, while optimizing "Next Best Action" techniques and omnichannel insights using tools like Alteryx One. Beyond reporting, you will partner with Directors to integrate AI-enabled approaches into forecasting workflows, helping to translate business assumptions into robust data-driven models that support planning and performance tracking.
Your day-to-day involves identifying inefficiencies in current processes and proposing AI-driven solutions to improve operational effectiveness. You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate complex business needs into scalable technical solutions, ensuring that data pipelines and ETL processes are optimized across multiple sources. As the team adopts emerging technologies, you will play a key role in evaluating and implementing new tools—from Snowflake and Fabric to Copilot and ChatGPT-based workflows—while leading the training and adoption efforts to help teams effectively leverage these capabilities.
