As a Benefits Governance Partner, you will serve as the strategic and administrative backbone for four critical benefits committees, including plan sponsor and fiduciary committees overseeing Health & Welfare, 401(k), and Pension plans. This role is essential for ensuring robust governance, facilitating efficient committee operations, and driving the timely implementation of committee-directed initiatives.
In this hybrid position based in Columbia, SC, you will act as a key liaison between committee members, internal stakeholders, and external vendors. Your day-to-day involves preparing and presenting clear, decision-ready benefits information to senior leaders, maintaining accurate governance documentation, and monitoring regulatory developments to provide expert advice. You will also serve as the HIPAA Privacy Officer, ensuring strict compliance with applicable laws and plan documents while collaborating cross-functionally with Benefits, Compensation, Legal, Finance, and HR teams.
