As a Manager, Global Total Rewards working remotely, you will be instrumental in creating and delivering amazing customer experiences while contributing to our unique culture. This role leads the design, implementation, and ongoing management of global compensation, benefits, and recognition programs. You will oversee daily compensation operations to ensure total rewards strategies are competitive, equitable, cost-effective, and aligned with business and global talent objectives.
Your mission is to drive short- and long-term strategic initiatives that attract, retain, and motivate talent across APAC, EMEA, LATAM, and North America regions. You will partner with HR and business leaders on compensation decisions, job evaluations, and pay equity initiatives, while maintaining policies that ensure compliance with local labor laws. Additionally, you will lead global benefits strategies, balancing consistency with regional customization, and support global mobility programs including expatriate compensation and relocation policies.

Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CEBS). Certified Compensation Professional (CCP), Global Remuneration Professional (GRP), or similar certification. Experience preferably in a BPO space. 7+ years of financial analysis and reporting experience.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field required; Master's degree preferred.
