This position is designed to lead and evolve Associated Bank's Total Rewards strategy, serving as a cornerstone for attracting, retaining, and motivating top talent across the enterprise. You will shape compensation, benefits, and recognition programs while advising executive leadership and the Board on market trends and pay strategy. The role is critical for aligning rewards with business performance, financial priorities, and long-term growth.
In this capacity, you will partner closely with the CEO, CHRO, and Board to provide strategic guidance on executive pay, governance, and compensation risk. You will oversee health, welfare, retirement, and well-being programs, ensuring strong vendor performance and a positive colleague experience. By leveraging analytics and market benchmarking, you will optimize program effectiveness and guide competitive positioning. Ultimately, you will develop and lead a high-performing Total Rewards team, contributing to enterprise-wide HR strategy and workforce planning.
