The Benefits Accounting Analyst serves as a critical partner in the administration and financial integrity of our benefits ecosystem. This role exists to ensure the accuracy of all accounting, analytical, and reporting tasks related to Benefits, COBRA, Life, Disability, Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA), and Health Savings Accounts (HSA).
In this position, you will manage the reconciliation of benefit payments to the General Ledger, validate vendor interfaces, and lead benefit audits in coordination with Legal, the Controller, and external auditors. You will also be responsible for maintaining data quality within HRIS systems, managing benefit plan inquiries, and partnering with leadership on billing updates and organizational changes such as mergers and acquisitions.
