About the Role
We are seeking an excellent Behavior Specialist Consultant (BSC) to join our Early Intervention team within the greater Philadelphia area. All zip codes within Philadelphia County are available.
In this role, you will conduct, develop, and supervise individualized ABA programs for clients in home and community settings. You will provide behavior services and interventions to children, developing individualized treatment plans in partnership with families while monitoring client progress toward their goals. The BSC will supervise the implementation of behavioral assessment measures, functional assessments, and treatment plans, ensuring that quantifiable data is collected to evaluate progress and facilitate necessary programming changes.
Work Schedule & Flexibility
We offer full-time, part-time, and contract/per-diem positions. As a 1099 Contractor, you can choose when you want to work with flexible hours between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

To qualify for the Behavioral Specialist Consultant (BSC) - Early Intervention at Discovery Therapy position, applicants should have: Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, social work, counseling, or BACB approved field; Pennsylvania Child Abuse, Criminal Background Check, and FBI Clearances within past 12 months; Minimum one-year post-college experience implementing ABA programs for individuals under 21 with autism or related diagnoses; Knowledge of assessment tools for children ages three to five; and Proficiency in adaptive/functional clinical assessments, ABA Program/Goal Development, and ABA Behavior Reduction and Skills Acquisition Procedures.
