Behavior Interventions, Inc. (BII) was founded in 2006 by two Board Certified Behavior Analysts with a mission to provide quality ABA services to individuals aged 18 months through 21 years. We specialize in treating Autism Spectrum Disorder, communication and developmental delays, and challenging behaviors across Delaware, Central and Southeastern Pennsylvania, and New Jersey. Our goal is to become a world leader in ABA services, a journey that begins with our employees.
Behavior Interventions is committed to supporting each employee's career development through training, clinical supervision, and guidance to achieve certifications within the field. We offer an intensive 4-week paid training program for those with no prior experience, designed to enhance knowledge and skills in working directly with clients with ASD and developmental delays. This program includes online webinars, role-play, competency-based practice, and direct observation. Upon completion, trainees will have the necessary requirements to schedule their RBT exam, unlocking eligibility for a pay increase and expanded case options.
As a Behavior Technician, you will partner with clients, caregivers, and families to establish therapeutic relationships and support skill development. You will operate as a mandated reporter, maintaining awareness of safety and well-being while collecting accurate data to drive treatment success. The role offers a flexible caseload size with dedicated staff support for management, allowing you to balance professional growth with work-life harmony.
We offer a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage, sick and holiday pay, and a 401(k) with matched retirement contributions. Employees also enjoy a competitive pay structure, a $500 sign-on bonus, and opportunities for weekly supervision and paid monthly meetings. To ensure safety and readiness, BII covers the cost of CPR/First Aid certification for courses completed directly through the company, with reimbursement available for approved third-party courses.
Positions are available full-time and part-time, offering 3–35 hours per week with cases scheduled between 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. daily. Locations include Upper Uwchlan, Bryn Mawar, Downingtown, Oxford, Chester Springs, Exton, Thorndale, Haverford, Malvern, Drexel Hill, West Chester, Phoenixville, and Pottstown.
