About the Role
Join us as a Behavior Technician to discover "wow" for yourself in your career path. In this role, you will teach kids while playing, following a treatment plan specific to each child. You will observe, play, and collect data to write progress notes, helping children learn essential life skills such as motor, social, and emotional skills.
You will work on goals that help shape challenging behaviors into communication skills, making a tangible difference in the life of a child. Hiring Process
To apply, please note that we are looking for individuals with a current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or the ability to obtain one within 45 days of hire. We prefer candidates with prior paid experience working with children in settings such as camps, daycares, or schools.
