About the Role

Join us as a Behavior Technician and discover the "wow" for yourself in your career path. You will teach kids while playing, following a treatment plan specific to each child. Your day will involve observing, playing, and collecting data to write progress notes, helping children learn essential life skills such as motor, social, and emotional skills.

You will work on goals that help shape challenging behaviors into communication skills, making a tangible difference in the life of a child. Hiring Process

We are looking for candidates who are energetic, playful, creative, and able to think on their feet. We value dependability and the ability to work independently while providing the best quality care. Candidates must be interested in working with evidence-based methods and available for afternoon hours (starting between 2:30 PM–4:00 PM and ending between 7:00 PM–8:00 PM).
