About the Role
Join us as a Behavior Technician and discover "wow" for yourself in your career path. You will teach kids while playing, following a treatment plan specific to each child. Your day will involve observing, playing, and collecting data to write progress notes, helping children learn essential life skills such as motor, social, and emotional skills.
You will work on goals that help shape challenging behaviors into communication skills, making a tangible difference in the life of a child. This role is ideal for someone with lots of energy who is playful, creative, and able to think on their feet. You will need to be comfortable constantly getting up and down off the floor and moving quickly.
