At Horizon Blue ABA, our Behavioral Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavioral Technicians (RBTs) work directly with children and families across New York. We show up in their homes to become a steady, trusted presence during some of the most important moments of a child's development. The progress you help create doesn't disappear when the session ends; it carries forward.
About the Role
You will provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in both home and clinic settings. Whether you are brand new to ABA or bringing years of experience, you will find a team here that takes the work seriously and takes care of the people doing it. We build our team around people who want to do this work well and give them the support to do it. Our BCBAs are engaged supervisors who teach, not just oversee. We help you find placements that work for your schedule and your strengths, allowing you to build your career with us.
Schedule & Locations
We offer flexible part-time or full-time schedules depending on client availability and cases. Openings are available across all five boroughs. Client hours typically fall between 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM on weekdays and 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM on weekends.
