About the Role
Our Group Homes in Southern Indiana (Columbus, Elizabethtown, Scipio) are currently recruiting Behavioral Support Techs. This role is designed for individuals who want to build genuine connections while providing personalized care. You will have the opportunity to hang out with your client, watch movies or sports, play video and board games, and develop a meaningful mentorship relationship. Whether you are attending sporting events or going on van rides, you will become a trusted figure that clients look up to.
