The Beauty Retail division is a dynamic part of America's leading retail pharmacy, serving over 8,000 stores. We have partnered with industry leaders to bring top-notch beauty services directly to our customers, creating a unique intersection of retail and wellness.
About the Role
As a Licensed Beauty Sales Consultant, you will be the face of beauty within the store, responsible for the end-to-end customer experience in Beauty & Personal Care. This role goes beyond traditional sales; you will provide personalized product advice, demonstrate the latest beauty trends and techniques, and deliver paid beauty services, including ear-piercing.
You will act as a brand expert, engaging customers with the latest industry knowledge to help them feel their best. When people feel good about themselves and take care of their beauty needs, it translates to a positive impact on the rest of their lives. In this role, you contribute directly to that impact while enjoying exposure to the latest products and opportunities to learn from brand interactions and annual trade shows.
