About the Role

It is a great time to join the beauty retail division of CVS Health, America's leading retail pharmacy with more than 8,000 stores. We are seeking a talented, sales-oriented Licensed Beauty Sales Consultant who is passionate about the beauty industry and believes the customer experience should be top-notch. Through our partnership with service industry leaders, we bring top-notch beauty services directly to our customers in-store.

As a CVS Licensed Beauty Sales Consultant, you will be the face of our Beauty & Personal Care department. You will provide various paid beauty services, including ear-piercing, and offer personalized product advice. Your role is to share the latest beauty trends and techniques, ensuring every customer receives a world-class beauty advisor experience. You will act as the brand expert, educating customers on product usage and features to drive purchase conversion while managing time effectively between consultations, scheduled services, and walk-in clients.
