About the Role
As a Store Manager, you will be a leader, innovator, and coach in a dynamic, team-oriented environment. Your primary focus is the customer experience; you will manage talent, inspire your team, and ensure every customer receives an unforgettable, custom-fit solution for their hair and beauty needs. You will oversee all store operations to meet or exceed sales goals, manage budgets, control expenses, and maintain inventory. Additionally, you will ensure the store always looks its best while protecting customers, associates, and assets by enforcing safety, security, and company policies.
