About the Role
This role is designed for stylists who want big vibes, their own terms, and real growth. You will step behind the chair to deliver expert cuts, fades, color, and consultations. Whether you are starting out or are a seasoned pro, your pay is based on performance rather than just experience. We drive guest traffic through social media, local, and in-salon promotions, ensuring you have walk-in-ready clients from day one. As your guest loyalty grows, you can raise your prices through our 12-price-level system and advance up our 8-level career ladder to boost your commissions.
