About the Role

As a Licensed Hair Stylist at Bubbles, you will step into a role designed for those seeking big vibes, flexible terms, and genuine growth. Whether you are just starting out or are a seasoned pro, you have the opportunity to grow your earnings through service and retail commissions and tips.

You will have the freedom to build your own book of clients while we drive guest traffic through social media, local marketing, and in-salon promotions. The role offers a dynamic day-to-day environment where you can utilize a 12-price level system to raise your rates as demand for your specific skills grows. With an 8-level career ladder available, you can move up and boost your commissions as you advance. We invest in your success by providing free advanced education, including income-driving certifications and partnerships with industry icons like Redken.

Hiring Process

Hair Cuttery is currently hiring in Delaware, Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Maryland, New Jersey, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Virginia, and West Virginia. To apply, please ensure you have a valid cosmetology or barber license specific to your state and authorization to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship is available). We look for candidates who are skilled in cuts, fades, color, and consultation, with a preference for those who already have an existing client book. Night, weekend, and holiday flexibility is required to maximize earning potential.
