About the Role
As a Barbershop Lead, you will be the driving force behind the shop's success and the go-to leader for your team. This full-time management role is designed for a natural leader ready to take charge, inspire greatness, and create a culture that thrives. You will manage daily operations, coach barbers and stylists, oversee inventory and financials, and collaborate with district leaders to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Your day-to-day involves supporting your team during our busiest times—typically evenings and weekends—while meeting client demand. Every day brings new challenges and fresh energy, offering you the chance to make a real impact on the shop's performance and the lives of our clients.

Requirements
- verifiedActive Colorado cosmetology or barber license
- verified3+ years of experience as a barber or stylist in a fast-paced environment
- verified3+ years of management experience in any industry OR 1+ years of management experience at a Floyd's Barbershop location
- verifiedWorking knowledge of scheduling, inventory, hiring, and profit and loss practices
- verifiedAbility to work a full-time schedule, including weekends and evenings/nights
