About the Role
As a Lash Consultant / Sales Associate, you will be the face of the studio, ensuring fluid operations at the front desk while delivering Gold Standard customer service. This role is designed for those who thrive in a fun, fast-paced environment and are eager to learn the membership selling process. You will enthusiastically greet guests, manage reservations, and lead generation efforts, including making warm calls to potential clients. Your focus will be on promoting and selling Amazing Lash Memberships and retail products, with a goal of closing 60% or greater on membership sales. Beyond sales, you will assist with administrative tasks such as data entry and maintain an impeccable level of cleanliness throughout the treatment rooms and common areas.
