About the Role
We are seeking outgoing, cheerful, and sales-driven Front Desk/Sales Consultants to join our team. If you have a passion for customer service and making a difference in the beauty industry, this is an excellent career opportunity. As a Lash Sales Consultant, you will be the face of the studio, creating an amazing experience for all members and guests through education and the promotion of our exclusive memberships and retail products.
In this role, you will manage front desk operations, answering phone calls, booking reservations, and enthusiastically greeting guests. You will promote and sell Amazing Lash Memberships and our exclusive line of lash retail products while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and courtesy. The ideal candidate thrives in a fun, fast-paced environment, enjoys multitasking, and is eager to learn our membership selling process. You will also assist in maintaining the cleanliness of treatment rooms and common areas, ensuring the studio remains impeccable.
Hiring Process

Candidates with knowledge of the Mindbody application are preferred. We offer flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate our 7-day-a-week schedule.
