Purify Infrared Sauna operates in a spa-like environment dedicated to high-quality, private wellness experiences. Our mission is to provide infrared saunas that heat the body directly, raising internal temperatures to trigger sweating and help alleviate the body of chemicals, toxins, and fat. Unlike traditional saunas that heat the external air, our infrared technology penetrates the body to offer unique benefits including detoxification, relief of joint and muscle pain, increased heart rate, weight loss, lowered blood pressure, improved circulation, and enhanced skin appearance.

About the Role
The Front Desk Team Member is the first impression of Purify and plays a key role in supporting our managers and business by creating outstanding client experiences. You will be the face of our wellness community, welcoming clients, educating them on infrared sauna therapy, red light therapy, and contrast therapy, and helping them feel comfortable and confident in their wellness journey.
This role is designed for someone who loves health and wellness and enjoys connecting with people in a fast-paced environment. While health, wellness, or fitness experience is a plus, we are happy to train the right person with the right attitude. You will build meaningful relationships that drive membership sales and client retention, ensuring every guest feels supported on their path to better health.
