The Assistant Studio Manager (ASM) is the dynamic partner to the Studio Manager, working closely to ensure front-of-house operations run smoothly. This role is designed for someone who wants to be half of a dynamic duo, a positive influence on the ultimate studio dream team, and a leader who knows the ropes as well as they know their members' names.
As the ASM, you will step in when your manager steps out, set ambitious goals, and surpass them. You will serve as the backbone of the studio's daily operations, managing sales, billing, and all OTF systems while ensuring superior customer service. Your day will involve greeting members enthusiastically, maintaining a clean and organized studio, and collaborating with the fitness team, coaches, and sales staff to improve overall company effectiveness.
This position offers a unique opportunity to shadow the Studio Manager to learn the full scope of studio operations, participate in marketing events, and help onboard and train new staff. It is a role for an independent thinker with high energy who can motivate a large group of people while exercising discretion and making decisions in the best interest of the studio and its members.
