About the Role

As a Lead Teacher at YogaSix Culver City, you will serve as a vital partner to the General Manager and the Department of Education. This role goes beyond teaching classes; it is about providing programming expertise, guiding onboarding processes, and offering continued coaching to our teaching roster. You will be the bridge between our core values and the daily experience of our community.

In this part-time position, you will spend approximately 6-10 hours per week on leadership tasks, in addition to your teaching schedule. Your day will involve reviewing sequences, auditioning teachers for format sign-offs, leading in-house format trainings, and providing supportive, empowering feedback to help teachers refine their skills. You will be a consistent presence in the studio, ensuring that every class reflects the high standards of Yoga Six.

Hiring Process & Application

If you are a 500hr Yoga Alliance Certified (or E-RYT 200) teacher with at least 3 years of experience who is ready to take the next step in your career, we invite you to apply. This role requires a flexible, rolling schedule that includes some weekends. Please note that this position is based in Culver City, and no relocation is offered. Candidates must be eligible to work in the US.
