We are our customers' everyday coffee shops, dedicated to delivering great quality in-house roasted coffees, local artisan pastries, and clean foods in a fast and friendly way. Our first location, Cuppa Cuppa Coffee Shack, is a high-volume drive-thru shop that has grown over the past 16 years. We also operate a neighborhood cafe, Cuppa Cuppa Coffee Lab. Both locations are situated near San Diego State and USD, making them ideal environments for those passionate about craft coffee and serving others.
While we are small in size, we are big on volume and serious about quality and customer service. We are looking for honest, energetic, and service-oriented individuals with integrity who love to have fun while working hard and taking initiative.
We are seeking experienced baristas for a seasonal position from November through January in San Diego. This is a fast-paced opportunity perfect for college students staying in town for the holidays or anyone with espresso experience looking to join a team that values a true sense of urgency.
As a Seasonal Barista, you will be part of a team that thrives on adaptability and innovation. You will work in an environment where service to others comes naturally, requiring you to remain calm and collected during peak times. Whether at the drive-thru or the cafe, you will be responsible for maintaining our high standards of quality while ensuring a friendly customer experience.
