We are reimagining the cafe experience, making high-quality coffee and matcha accessible and efficient. As a Shift Lead, you'll play a key role in bringing our mission to life. You'll lead by example on the floor, ensure smooth operations during your shift, and create an environment where both customers and team members feel valued.
This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in fast-paced settings, loves connecting with people, and is passionate about great coffee and matcha. You will craft beautiful coffee products with energy, warmth, and empathy, while serving as an exemplary ambassador of our brand to new neighborhoods. Your day will involve supporting the General Manager and Training Team to help new employees succeed, ensuring safety and cleanliness standards are met, and leading initiatives to increase foot traffic and build a loyal neighborhood customer base.
We are looking for individuals who love cafe culture and people. If you are friendly, open, and approachable, with strong decision-making and multi-tasking skills, we want to hear from you. You must have a strong knowledge of coffee and equipment and be able to work at a fast pace in high-volume environments.

To apply, please ensure you meet the following criteria: you must be 18+ years of age, authorized to work in the U.S., and have 2+ years of experience in a customer service leadership position. You must be able to lift 25+ lbs and stand for long periods. Availability must meet the needs of our cafes, including full-time hours (30-40 hours per week), 4-5 days of availability, and the ability to work peak days (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) between 6:30 am and 9:00 pm.
