About the Role
Located at our Elkhart, Indiana facility, this position is a vital part of our coffee shop operations. You will be responsible for preparing coffee shop beverages and food, operating the cash register, and receiving payment in a timely and efficient manner. The role requires displaying courteous customer service while ensuring all food and beverages are handled safely according to established guidelines.
You will work in a clean work environment, stocking items and rotating displays while maintaining a strong understanding of current store programs and product locations. This role involves communicating company programs, in-store specials, and coupons to customers, modeling high standards of service to achieve a customer-oriented store. You may also be assigned tasks in other departments based on customer experience needs.
