About the Role
As a Safety & Security Ops Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the safety and security of our properties while assisting in providing our Owners and guests with exceptional experiences and events. This position is designed to support a team dedicated to upholding company standards and ensuring a secure environment where guests can relax and enjoy their time.
In this role, you will supervise Safety & Security associates, overseeing daily operations that include property patrols, room security, and access control. You will be the first line of defense during emergency situations, coordinating responses and ensuring the well-being of everyone on-site. Your work directly contributes to the team's goals of delivering a seamless and safe vacation experience.
Hiring Process
Candidates selected for this position will be required to undergo a background and drug screening, contingent on company policy and in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
