This position is essential to maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction that define our hotel. As a key member of the housekeeping team, you will be responsible for the meticulous care of guest rooms, public areas, and service zones. Your work ensures that every guest encounters a safe, sanitary, and welcoming environment from the moment they arrive.
You will work cohesively with room attendants and other departments to anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to service requests. The role involves a dynamic day-to-day rhythm, from restocking linen closets and managing supply carts to performing deep cleaning projects and maintaining the aesthetic presentation of the hotel. Success in this role requires a detail-oriented approach, the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently with limited supervision, and a commitment to adhering to safety and operational standards.
Qualified candidates will be considered for flexible scheduled shifts based on business needs. Please note that this role requires the ability to perform various physical movements, including lifting up to 50 pounds, standing for extended periods, and navigating ladders.
