This Part Time, Non-Management position is a vital part of our Food and Beverage & Culinary team. You will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and organization throughout your shift. Your day will involve completing final breakdowns of functions, cleaning rooms, and returning equipment to its proper location. You will manage closing duties, including storing reusable goods and locking doors, while ensuring work areas are stocked and maintained.
A key part of your role is practicing "clean-as-you-go" procedures to monitor the sanitation of assigned stations and service areas. You will handle linen logistics, such as transporting dirty linens and restocking shelves with clean items. Beyond your specific station, you will assist other departments to ensure optimum service to guests. You are expected to welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipating and addressing their service needs with genuine appreciation.
