About the Role
In this position, you will assist the Banquet Manager in preparing for banquet guests to ensure a positive guest experience. Your day will involve setting up meeting rooms to the specific specifications of the guest, which includes transporting staging, tables, chairs, and dance floors from storage areas to the meeting rooms. You will also be responsible for replenishing meeting rooms with clean glasses and fresh water, maintaining established cleaning schedules for meeting rooms and ballrooms, and breaking down rooms after functions conclude to prepare them for the next event.
