About the Role
As an Assistant Manager, your mission is to reinforce the Border Foods Core Values while making the lives of our employees and guests better. You will be responsible for the operation of the entire restaurant, building a strong team that consistently provides customers with great food and a friendly experience.
In this role, you will create opportunities to positively impact life experiences by driving fast and friendly service, ensuring health and safety standards are met, and fostering a culture of recognition. You will guide team members and Shift Leaders, resolve employee issues, and represent Border Foods in handling customer complaints with a sincere approach. As a strategic planner, you will interpret P&L statements to deliver profit and develop training plans to build the capabilities of your team.

Requirements
