As a General Manager, your mission is to reinforce the Border Foods Core Values and make the lives of both employees and guests better by creating opportunities to positively impact life experiences. You will be responsible for the operation of the entire restaurant and building a strong team that consistently provides customers great food and a friendly experience.
You will guide team members and Shift Leaders, ensuring they complete all assigned duties and serve safe, quality food. Your role involves creating unity within the team by building cross-functional relationships, resolving employee issues, and navigating challenging situations with appropriate guidance. You will act as a strategic planner, utilizing P&L statements to drive profit and minimize loss through strict observance of cash handling policies and efficient labor control.
Beyond operations, you will foster a culture of empowerment by identifying team strengths, providing learning and development opportunities, and offering guidance on personal development and career paths. You will represent Border Foods in handling customer complaints with a sincere approach, ensuring a quality customer experience through fast and friendly service.
