About the Role

This role serves as the strategic architect for the One Financial platform, defining and delivering the product vision, strategy, and roadmap. You will act as the primary liaison between business, engineering, and cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives, customer needs, and enterprise architecture standards.

In this position, you will translate complex financial and operational requirements into scalable platform capabilities, emphasizing reusability, integration, and long-term sustainability. You will be the voice of the customer, gathering input across experience, finance, technology, risk, compliance, and operations teams to inform product decisions. Your day-to-day involves partnering closely with engineering, architecture, and UX teams to deliver high-quality platform capabilities through Agile/Scrum methodologies, while establishing and enforcing platform standards including APIs, data models, and integration patterns.
