About the Role

You will serve as the strategic architect for the One Financial platform, defining and delivering the product vision, strategy, and roadmap. This role exists to bridge the gap between complex financial requirements and scalable platform capabilities, ensuring alignment with business objectives and enterprise architecture standards. As the primary liaison between business, engineering, and cross-functional teams, you will drive adoption across multiple products and business units.

In this position, you will translate intricate financial and operational needs into reusable, integrated solutions that prioritize long-term sustainability and innovation. You will act as the voice of the customer, gathering input from experience, finance, technology, risk, compliance, and operations teams to inform critical product decisions. Your day-to-day involves partnering closely with engineering and UX teams to deliver high-quality capabilities through Agile methodologies, while establishing platform standards for APIs, data models, and integration patterns. You will also drive platform governance, monitor adoption metrics, and facilitate stakeholder alignment to manage trade-offs and communicate progress to leadership.
