About the Role

You will serve as the strategic architect for the One Financial platform, defining and delivering the product vision, strategy, and roadmap. This role exists to bridge the gap between complex financial requirements and scalable platform capabilities, ensuring alignment with business objectives and enterprise architecture standards.

As the primary liaison between business, engineering, and cross-functional teams, you will translate intricate financial and operational needs into reusable, integrated, and sustainable platform solutions. You will act as the voice of the customer, gathering input from experience, finance, technology, risk, compliance, and operations teams to inform product decisions. Your day-to-day involves driving platform governance, monitoring adoption metrics, and facilitating stakeholder alignment to maximize platform value and drive adoption across multiple products and business units.
