About the Role

This role serves as a strategic architect for the One Financial platform, focusing on the intersection of finance, technology, and AI. You will be accountable for defining and delivering the product strategy, vision, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and enterprise architecture standards. As the primary liaison between business, engineering, and cross-functional teams, you will drive adoption across multiple products and business units.

The day-to-day involves translating complex financial and operational requirements into scalable platform capabilities, with a strong emphasis on reusability, integration, and long-term innovation. You will act as the voice of the customer, gathering input from experience, finance, technology, risk, compliance, and operations teams to inform product decisions. By partnering closely with engineering and UX teams, you will deliver high-quality platform capabilities through Agile methodologies, establishing standards for APIs, data models, and integration patterns to ensure consistency and interoperability.
