About the Role

This role serves as the strategic architect for the One Financial platform, defining and delivering the product vision, strategy, and roadmap. You will act as the primary liaison between business, engineering, and cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives, customer needs, and enterprise architecture standards. The position focuses on translating complex financial and operational requirements into scalable platform capabilities that emphasize reusability, integration, and long-term innovation.

As the voice of the customer and stakeholders, you will gather input across experience, finance, technology, risk, compliance, and operations teams to inform product decisions. Your day-to-day involves partnering closely with engineering, architecture, and UX teams to deliver high-quality capabilities through Agile/Scrum methodologies. You will drive platform governance, including versioning and lifecycle management, while monitoring adoption and usage metrics to inform continuous improvement and prioritize the product backlog based on business value and technical dependencies.
