About the Role
This position serves as a strategic architect for the One Financial platform, focusing on the intersection of finance, technology, and innovation. You will be accountable for defining and delivering the product strategy, vision, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives, customer needs, and enterprise architecture standards. Acting as the primary liaison between business, engineering, and cross-functional teams, you will maximize platform value and drive adoption across multiple products and business units.
The role demands the ability to translate complex financial and operational requirements into scalable platform capabilities, with a strong emphasis on reusability, integration, and long-term sustainability. You will serve as the voice of the customer and stakeholders, gathering input from experience, finance, technology, risk, compliance, and operations teams to inform critical product decisions. By partnering closely with engineering, architecture, and UX teams, you will help deliver high-quality platform capabilities that drive the organization's total enterprise reinvention.
