About the Role

This role serves as the strategic architect for the One Financial platform, defining and delivering the product vision, strategy, and roadmap. You will act as the primary liaison between business, engineering, and cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives and enterprise architecture standards. The position focuses on translating complex financial and operational requirements into scalable platform capabilities that emphasize reusability, integration, and long-term innovation.

As the voice of the customer and stakeholders, you will gather input across experience, finance, technology, risk, compliance, and operations teams to inform product decisions. You will lead the translation of these needs into actionable epics and user stories, balancing short-term delivery priorities with long-term platform scalability. Your day-to-day involves partnering closely with engineering, architecture, and UX teams to deliver high-quality capabilities through Agile/Scrum methodologies while establishing and enforcing platform standards for APIs, data models, and integration patterns.
