About the Role
In this position at our Homesense store in North Wales, PA, you will be the face of our brand, responsible for delivering a highly satisfied customer experience. Your role involves engaging and interacting with all customers while embodying our customer experience principles and philosophy. You will maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards.
You will model established customer experience practices with both internal and external customers, supporting a positive store culture built on honesty, integrity, and respect. From accurately processing purchases and returns to promoting our credit and loyalty programs, you will ensure every interaction reflects our high standards. You will also participate in store recovery, maintain safety awareness, and uphold all organizational and cleanliness standards for the sales floor and the entire store.
