This is a high-velocity sales position designed to hunt within a defined territory to prospect and win net new small to medium business customers. As a Staples B2B Sales Associate, you will be responsible for ramping and onboarding net new won accounts to further expand our customer base.
You will leverage a prioritized call list to drive prospect engagement remotely by phone, video, and face-to-face, utilizing digital tools to document customer engagement. The role requires you to discover prospects' incremental and programmatic needs, effectively communicate Staples' value propositions, and create sticky accounts that continue to purchase from us. You will work closely with internal partners, including customer support, setup teams, and category specialists, to progress deals from initial contact to closed won.
Candidates will be evaluated on their ability to function independently with minimal daily supervision and their drive to win in a competitive, goal-oriented environment.
